Shira let out a breath as the Armor of Undine enveloped her, the ice covering her body. She held the flow there for a moment, getting a feel of the power once again, before letting loose on the punching bag that was set up for her, doing multiple combinations of punches and open-palmed strikes.
In terms of style in the blows, there were almost none, but then this wasn't style training. She had plenty of that. Her armor of ice added weight to her body, causing her to move slower. She tried to make the ice thinner, but to no avail. So she did the second option, which was train up her strength. The extra strength from the armor did nothing if she couldn't hit the guy, although the extra constitution, which was the reason for the armor itself, helped quite a bit at making that disadvantage a minimum.
After a good ten minutes of letting out on the bag, she stopped, her arms tired and her taking deep, heavy breaths. In the old days, a punching bag would have been destroyed in half the time from those blows, but the technology of today make the bags more durable and tough. They needed to be with the powers of the people today.
Letting the Armor go, she took a drink of water as she wiped a bit of sweat from her face. The gym didn't seem to have too many people in it, if any at all. However, there always seemed to be someone lurking here or there. Maybe she'd see someone soon.
She'd rest a few minutes before going back to it.

OOC: I hope you don't mind me joining~
I walked inside the gym, and was surprised at how empty it was. In the corner of my eye I saw one girl, but I gave her no immediate acknowledgment.
I held a book with a hard black cover in my left hand, and flipped to a page with my right before beginning to read aloud from it with passion and grace.
"When, in disgrace with fortune and men's eyes, I all alone beweep my outcast state And trouble deaf heaven with my bootless cries And look upon myself and curse my fate, Wishing me like to one more rich in hope, Featured like him, like him with friends possess'd, Desiring this man's art and that man's scope, With what I most enjoy contented least; Yet in these thoughts myself almost despising, Haply I think on thee, and then my state, Like to the lark at break of day arising From sullen earth, sings hymns at heaven's gate; For thy sweet love remember'd such wealth brings That then I scorn to change my state with kings."
I closed the book, and then slipped it into a pouch in a pouch on the right side of my red leather jacket. My head then turned where I stared at the lady with a blank face. "Sonnet 29 -- William Shakespeare," I stated in an eerie voice before making my way to the shelf which held all of the weights. I picked up two 25 lbs weights and lifted them both by my side my muscles tensing slightly to keep them from pulling my body downward. During this time, I would be open for any comments or replies that she may make.

Shira noticed a man come into the gym. He didn't seem too interested in her at the time and started to do his own thing. Shira would not speak and continue to rest. He didn't look to want to be disturbed, so Shira didn't disturb him. He pulled a book from the pouch and started reading it. From the sound of it, it was Shakespeare, but Shira wasn't sure. That wasn't one of her good points.
The man closed the book and spoke in an almost blank face. So it was Shakespeare. The man immediately went to the weights and started working of two twenty five pound weights. Shira couldn't understand why he came out and read from the book. Curiosity getting the better of her, she went over to the Genesis wannabe.
"I might understand it if I was a Shakespeare person, but I can seem to understand reading something like that and then doing something as working out."
Shira was a curious person. While she was mature at times, she was also childish, and with that comes curiosity.

I lifted the two weights over my head, and begin to work on a set of fifteen for each arm by twisting and then raising it up over my head. A small grunt escaped me here and there, and I glanced over at the one who questioned me.
"Tu es fortuna. Ego sum hodie tolero. Si tu mea amorem scivisti. Tu es intelleges," I replied bitterly with a slight bit of strain from my physical activity. After a small pause I then added, "Ars gratias artis. Art for art's sake."
I had lost count of how many sets I had done for each arm due to alternating them, so I slowly lowered them back down giving a relieved sigh and rubbed my face against my right shoulder to wipe off the sweat which had formed.

While Shira could not understand Latin in itself, she understand that a lot of languages were based on it, especially English. She picked out words that resembled English ones here and there and ones that would be common sense. Doing so, she got a rocky yet understandable idea of what the guy said, especially with the english at the end.
Although Shira didn't understand why the guy spoke in Latin, she was happy with that answer for now. She got an idea of what the guy was like. Those types of guys were high on her list for enjoyable people, but who was she to judge him at the moment. She's only knew him for a minute or so.
"If you're satisfied with that answer, so am I."
That was all Shira told the guy and she turned back to her training area running ideas through her head about the next training activity.

I shrugged, and began to work on curl ups next, my arms already stinging a bit from the previous exercise. As she began to walk away I asked, "Is this place always empty?" My attention wasn't really focused on her when I asked the question. I was letting my gaze wander around at all the training equipment and the lack of their usage while continuing with the repetitions, and trying to actually keep count this time around.

The guy asked his question as Shira started to walk away. Shira let the Armors of Undine envelop her again, the cold ice forming around her arms, legs, and chest, and she started to pound away slowly at the punching bag, her attention still on the guy.
"I'm not sure. This is my first time at this gym. I was just looking for a place to train."
She had to say this place was a lot better in terms of training then Ginza-ko. That place was full of peaceful people who didn't have much to train on besides for basic needs. Ginza-ko was nice, but if she wanted to master her power and get her body ready for it, Ginza-ko was not the place for that.
"I hope people come soon. Training alone is nice, but training together to get different angles and views is a lot better."
Shira continued to pound into the punching, listening to see if the guy would speak again.

I nearly dropped my weights when ice began to form around her body, and a strange chill shivered down from the back of my neck. The clinch around the weights tensed, and my stare widened slightly as surprise began sunk into me. I was so warped and fascninated by this display I couldn't possibly hear her words. "Tu es dea glacies?" I asked, my right eyebrow lifting before I moved my arms backward finally deciding to drop the weights which let a loud thud echo through the room. I didn't flinch from the noise. The weights rolled backward hitting the card, but no damage had been done.
I slid my right hand inside my red leather jacket, and pulled out a deck of red Bicycles. "Fortunam habes, sed plus fortunam habeo," I stated confidently before adding, "Te studere cupio." The bottom of the deck was held between my index finger and my thumb, and I fanned them out where the back side of all fifty-two could be seen slightly.
"What's your favorite card?" I asked her in an eerily curious tone.

Shira stopped as the guy came over to her, pulling a deck of cards out. The guy seemed surprised by her power. She didn't see much fascination in it. She had seen many people with Soul powers. Although it all depended on the person, she guessed. Maybe this guy didn't see too many Neo Souls, if any at all.
From what she could tell and what he asked, he seemed to be doing some kind of fortune, or maybe a magic trick. From the latin words she did know and by his looks and tones, it was most likely the fortune type.
What was her favorite card. That was an easy one. Her family played a lot of card games and many different types of poker. It was played quite a lot around Ginza-ko since no technology was used.
"The Ace of Hearts."
She had won more games with the Ace of Hearts than any other card. It was like a trump card for her when it was dealt out. The Armor of Undine was still around her and she held it on. This was a great time to focus and see how long the Armor could be held before she needed to rest.

I pulled out a card from the middle of the deck with my left hand, and then waved it up in front of my eyes, the back facing the girl. My hand flipped, and it revealed the ace of hearts in front of her. "A nice choice. This card resembles my happiness. Not the power of love, not the mistress of love, nor the youth of love, but instead what love truly is. It has a vast amount of meanings which involves many romantic pieces and works. Being an ace myself, this card held an indefinite amount of meaning to me," I explained without reason before blanking out for a second. I hadn't changed, I just let a silence lingered as I recalled on the past, and the love of my life.
"It means nothing to me now. Would you like to borrow it for awhile?" I asked before extending my left arm out toward her, letting the card point in her direction in case she chose to accept it. My right hand flicked back, and the cards aligned back up and I wrapped my fingers back around them to keep them from falling out of place.

Shira reluctantly took the card, wonderin what he meant by what he said. Did he mean he was no longer loved? Shira doubted that. There were many different types and meanings to the love. Besides, Love was simply a word. The feeling, effect, meaning, and countless acts are what truly made the word. Shira didn't think there was a limit to the amount of love that was possible.
"What do you mean by that?
Shira asked as the card was set in the secret pocket on the inside of her jacket where it wouldn't be lost along with her belongings she took with her. Once again, she was in her curious state of mind and couldn't help from asking.
She noticed that she had let the Armor of Undine go and the ice had vanished. The power had been let go in the events of all of this. Shira didn't care at the time. She had plenty of time and chances to train.

She took the card, and I withdrew my left hand looking down at my deck of fifty-one. Soon my grip loosened, and the cards fell to the ground scattering as the hit into a mess right in between the two of us. I raised my left hand into the air, and then with a snap of my fingers the cards came to life as the circled up around both of our heads.
"Id est miser ad usus fortuna tua contra te," I muttered just loud enough for her to hear. The Latin didn't directly answer her question, but they did give acknowledgment to the situation if my words were understood. My left index card pointed up at the queen of spades before flicking to my right open hand where the card zoomed quickly right into it. I caught it nimbly in between my index finger and thumb, and then raised it up to let the face of the card be shown to her. "Have you ever played the game Hearts?" I asked in a normal voice, as if this entire scene was just an act to please the audience of one.

Shira didn't understand all of what he said, but got something about luck in his words. Well, if that's all she was going to get, she couldn't complain. But she was interested in the guy's power. It was a strange one or maybe he was using the wind to move the cards. It was possible. That power helped her understand what he said a little bit more.
He then asked if she played Hearts. She had played it a little, only on computers, and had gotten it down quite easily. It required a lot of thinking ahead then other card games, which was something Shira was pretty good at.
"Hearts? I've only played it on computers...not as much as other card games, but I know it pretty well. Why do you ask?"
Was he going to ask her to play a game right now, with only two people? That was hardly possible. There was no doubt something different going on.
